Moods Tourism was established in 2011 under license number 2313, category (A), from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, and later expanded to Dubai in 2019.

This followed many years of experience in the tourism industry in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1996.
